A PC-interfaced Method A Melt Flow Index Tester with motorised cutting, automatic weighing and software-based result calculation, storage, averaging and statistical analysis — for labs that need traceable, report-ready data.
The Computerized (Method A) model connects the MFI tester to a PC: motorised cutting and automatic weighing feed directly into software that calculates MFR, stores every result, averages replicates and runs statistical analysis. It removes manual weighing and record-keeping, giving traceable, audit-ready data.
It suits laboratories with reporting and traceability requirements — certification labs, larger processors and R&D. Manufactured in Mumbai, CE marked and supplied with a calibration certificate.
Method A (MFR) with PC software; shared temperature and load system.

Supplied as standard:
Every MFI tester complies with ASTM D1238 and ISO 1133, plus IS 2530 and IS 10810 for Indian standards, and is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate. Method A measures Melt Flow Rate (MFR) by cutting and weighing the extrudate; Method B adds Melt Volume Rate (MVR) and melt density via a piston-travel sensor.
